About the Owner, Judy Fritz
Judy launched VIP Services LLC in 2013 after recognizing the needs of busy friends and colleagues. Always having long to-do lists, stressed and juggling many hats, they were asking for advice, and sharing the need for support in their businesses.
“I need help! I need an assistant! I can’t do it all!”
Being the problem solver, Judy wanted to find a solution. Research led her to the concierge and lifestyle management service, and the world of virtual assistants. She realized that she already had a large network of professionals who were willing to share their expertise to help others. After Judy graduated from the Triangle International’s Masters Academy program, VIP Services was born!
With a non-profit and corporate business background, diverse experiences and education, professional connections, and a desire to help and serve, Judy has the resources and knowledge to accomplish just about any task or problem. She sees VIP Services as an efficient solution to bring sanity, peace, organization, and effectiveness to busy entrepreneurs and business owners.
Judy is the Managing Director of the Baltimore Chapter of eWomen Network, the premier international resource system for women entrepreneurs. She manages Bill Fritz & Sons DJ’s for her husband and three sons, and served previously as Director of Development and Family Support/Administrator at Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna. Her sales and business acumen were also expanded through her positions as Community Relations Manager with Barnes and Noble Booksellers, a Mary Kay Sales Director for 10 years, founder and previous manager of the Klassix band, and founder of Fritz Custom Cleaning.
She is a graduate of Harford Leadership Academy and Cecil Leadership, a volunteer for various non-profits such as The Center for the Arts Harford County, and the John Carroll School. She is a member of the Chesapeake Professional Women’s Network (CPWN) serving on the membership committee and the Harford County Chamber of Commerce.
Judy has three boys – Jordan, Tyler and Brady – that keep her laughing, and share her love of music and theater. A native of Harford County, a wife and mother, daughter and sister, she has the experience of managing a family, home, work, volunteering, and understands the need to delegate and get the right help to get it all done.
